Born in the French city of Reims in 1970, Hervé Jubert studied modern literature and art history at the Sorbonne and the Ecole du Louvre. He made a notable debut in the world of fantasy with his first novel and gained renown in children’s literature with The Morgenstern Trilogy. In 2013, he won the Grand Prix de l’Imaginaire in the French juvenile fiction category.
